How to Redeem Your Oxford University Press Code in Lingokids – Lingokids Sandbox

We're thrilled you've received an Oxford University Press (OUP) code! This guide explains how to redeem it and access your exclusive content in the Lingokids app.

What Are Oxford Codes?

Oxford codes unlock specific Oxford University Press content in the Lingokids app, such as Mouse & Me, Jump In, Toy Team, and Little Blue Dot.

How to Redeem Your Code

Go to http://app.lingokids.com/en/code/content/redeem
Type in your access code and click on Redeem.
Enter your email address and click on Continue (you must agree to the terms and conditions first).
Log in or create an account to access your Oxford content.

After Redeeming

Download the app on the App Store or Google Play and open it.
Tap I have an account and log in with the email address you used to redeem your code.
You'll be prompted to open your email — click LOG IN to sign in. Alternatively, tap Use password, then Reset password to set a new password via email.

Accessing Your Oxford Content

Open the Lingokids app.
Tap Categories (top right corner).
Select Your Oxford content (e.g. Little Blue Dot, Toy Team, Mouse & Me).

Where can I find my redeemed Oxford content? Your Oxford content can be found in the Categories section of the Lingokids app, under the Oxford University Press section.

How can I confirm my subscription or trial status? Go to Parents Area > Account. You'll see one of the following:

Plus gift: 2-week trial active.
Basic: No trial or subscription active (free mode).
