The Lingokids app is not working. What can I do?

If the app is running slowly or crashing, we've got you — here are a few quick fixes to try:

1.  Update to the latest version of the app
2. Check that your device is connected to the internet and that the connection is stable
3. Make sure your device has enough free storage space and that the operating system is up to date
4. Delete the app, reinstall it, and log back in following these instructions.  Click here if you need to reset your password first.
