Lingokids has teamed up with NASA to bring space-themed Playlearning™ content to young explorers aged 2 to 8. This collaboration includes two exciting experiences: a Space Lesson that dives into the wonders of the solar system, and a Career Lesson — "I Can Be an Astronaut" — developed using NASA STEM education resources as part of Lingokids' new adaptive Career Lessons series.
The Space Lesson
The Space Lesson combines US Common Core State Standards with NASA's authentic content, immersing kids in the mysteries of the solar system — from the Sun, Moon, and planets to gravity, satellites, and solar eclipses — while building a solid foundation in science and astronomy.
The lesson follows Lingokids' proven learning structure:
- Engaging Videos — NASA-curated videos that explain topics like gravity and life on Mars in a way kids can easily understand
- Interactive Games — Kids step into the shoes of space explorers, solving puzzles and discovering the mysteries of the solar system
- Progress Tracking — As your child reaches new milestones on the Sun, Moon, and Planets units, they unlock more activities — building vocabulary and knowledge step by step
- Self-Paced Learning — Children can complete the lesson over 1–2 weeks across multiple sessions, and progress is always saved
9 out of 10 kids show skill improvement upon completing a Lingokids Lesson! 🌟
